UPDATE: You can order this doujinshi from my website at [link] ^^
My new Suikoden doujinshi, just in time for the Doujinka Festival this Saturday October 31! It's a very short piece, connecting Shoon in Suikoden V to Morgan in Suikoden I. Gen, serious, angst I guess, more abstract really. Black and white watercoloured pencil drawings. Everything is hand-done, hence the terrible handwriting lol. The cover is a watercolour printed on a translucent sheet of paper to create a layered effect. I'm handsewing all the books with a pamphlet stitch (just doing a double knot to close it); it's really simple but ... this photo shows the actual number I have finished so far XD;;; The thread I used is actually a textile thread; it's "moss green" and has a kind of pearly shine to it, I think it's pretty XD Hope to see some of you at the event~! They have lots of activities this year and I'm really excited about seeing all the other comics that will be there too! I will there with [link] The 2nd Annual Anime North Doujinka Festival and The AN-JCCC Halloween Dance 2009 Saturday, October 31, 2009 3:00 PM - Doujinka Festival and selected programming 7:00 PM - Halloween Dance Regular admission - $10 JCCC and AN2009 members - $ 8 Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre 6 Garamond Court, Toronto, ON M3C 1Z5 |
