My entry for RPGamer's Omniart semifinals. Please fullview~ Voting opens later today, I think, at [link] ^^ Be sure to check out all of entries, which are sure to be amazing and blow mine out of the water o___o

The timeline for this was only about a week xO so pretty much all of the artists were scrambling ... so there are lots of mistakes, but T_T The goal was to draw a scene from an RPG that is insinuated, but never actually shown. I chose Valkyrie Profile. The working title for this piece was “Yum Yum Yummy, Aesir In My Tummy.” Technically this would be a spoiler, but anyone who knows their Norse mythology can't possibly be surprised at Loki's backstabbing antics. We never actually get to see him take down the rest of the gods, so here it is, sort of. Vidar (down in the front) is the god who would traditionally kill Fenrir - but we know that can't happen here :B

This picture made me remember why I haven't done a serious VP fanart since 2003. The character designs are beautiful, but so hard to draw ;
